To the Women Feeling the Stirring Inside

If you’re here, you’re probably ready for a shift. Are the old ways of avoiding, striving, or pushing through just not working anymore? That’s a powerful place to start.

This isn’t about fixing anything—it’s about coming back to yourself. Somatic coaching works because it taps into the wisdom already held in your body. It’s about reconnecting to what’s real, clearing the noise, and creating space for clarity and growth.

Life can box us in—expectations, old patterns, and the relentless pressure to do or be more. That feeling of confinement is real, but so is the freedom that comes from stepping outside of it. It’s not about perfection or quick fixes; it’s about alignment, letting go of what no longer serves you, and leaning into what does.

Somatic coaching has a way of uncovering what’s been buried, of bringing you back to a sense of trust in yourself. It’s not about waiting for the “right time” or feeling like you’ve missed the chance. It’s never too late to make a shift, reconnect with your body, and chart a new course.

The work is here when you’re ready.

About Sarah:

Hi, I’m Sarah, a women’s somatic coach with a personal journey of breaking free from years of painful relationship patterns. Using somatic tools, I transformed my approach to love and life, and now I guide women in doing the same. I believe that healthy love can be available to us all; beginning with a deep connection to ourselves. Through healing the nervous system and embodying self-love, we create a healthy baseline that is the foundation for attracting and sustaining healthy relationships.

Alongside my coaching, I bring over three decades of teaching experience, where creativity and embodiment have been foundational in fostering self-discovery and feeling alive. My workshops are a space for women to have fun, learn, share and to relish their connection with their heart-body-minds. See my training info here.

BEING EMPOWERED IS

Personal power: by fulfilling our intentions and cultivating follow-through, we gain confidence and momentum as we bring our dreams to life.

Embodiment: what we know doesn’t always translate to how we think, feel or act but what we embody does.

Real talk: being courageous to be ourselves and not getting distracted with fluffy language.

Self-love: being the messy humans that we are and moving on from our past is the foundation of positive and lasting change. Self love includes boundaries, self-compassion, living aligned values and personal power.

Responsibility: when we take our lives on we can’t linger in victimhood/self-righteousness for too long. We can forgive ourselves and others for messing up, whilst having boundaries and self-respect.
