About Sarah:
Hi, I’m Sarah, a women’s somatic coach, movement teacher, pelvic floor educator, and someone who is continually learning
what it means to feel at home in my own body. Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
When other parts of life felt confusing, overwhelming, or painful, I could usually find my way back to myself through
movement. Dance, city cycling, rolling around in nature, shaking things out, breathing deeply, feeling my feet on the ground—
these practices have been some of my greatest teachers.
Like many women, I haven't always felt connected to myself. I've known what it's like to lose myself in relationships, to ignore
what my body was trying to tell me, and to spend far too much energy looking outside myself for answers that were actually
waiting inside.
Over the years, through somatic work, coaching, movement, and a lot of trial and error, I've learned that our bodies
carry so much wisdom. They also carry our stress, our stories, our grief, our resilience, and our capacity for joy.
That's what draws me to this work.
I love helping women slow down enough to hear what their bodies have been trying to say.
Sometimes that looks like supporting a woman with pelvic floor issues such as leaking, tension, pain, or loss of sensation.
Sometimes it looks like helping a woman reconnect to her confidence, her boundaries, her joy, or her sense of self.
I bring together somatic coaching, movement, nervous system support, and pelvic floor education because I've found that lasting change rarely happens through information alone. It happens when we experience something in our bodies. When we practice it. When we live it.
My greatest joy is feeling alive and embodied with a group of women — and seeing them leave lighter, fuller, and more connected to themselves. Alongside my coaching, I bring 20+ years of teaching experience, where creativity and embodiment have been foundational in fostering self-discovery and feeling alive. My workshops are a space for women to have fun, learn, share and to relish their connection with their heart-body-minds.
I live in beautiful British Columbia and when I'm not teaching or coaching you'll probably find me dancing, noodling around in nature, or enjoying life with the people I love.

BEING EMPOWERED IS
Personal power: by fulfilling our intentions and cultivating follow-through, we gain confidence and momentum as we bring our dreams to life.
Embodiment: what we know doesn’t always translate to how we think, feel or act but what we embody does.
Real talk: being courageous to be ourselves and not getting distracted with fluffy language.
Self-love: being the messy humans that we are and moving on from our past is the foundation of positive and lasting change. Self love includes boundaries, self-compassion, living aligned values and personal power.
Responsibility: when we take our lives on we can’t linger in victimhood/self-righteousness for too long. We can forgive ourselves and others for messing up, whilst having boundaries and self-respect.
