So by embodiment, I mean this: real, lasting change happens when we work with the body’s wisdom — your nervous system, your breath, your pelvic floor, your felt sense, your rhythmic joy— not just your thoughts.

Love Your Pelvic Floor- 3 Practices Every Woman Should Know to stop leaks, increase sensation and increase confidence. Peri-menopause and menopause can bring leaks, pelvic heaviness, reduced sensation, and disconnection from your core — but this doesn’t have to be “just aging.” In this 60-minute live workshop, you’ll learn a whole-body approach to pelvic floor care using breath, movement, and nervous system practices to build strength, release tension, and feel more supported, connected, and confident in your body.
