Healthy Dating 101: A Fresh Start on Love

Whether you're seeking to build a healthy foundation for dating or improving your relationships, this 90 day program empowers you to cultivate real self-love. By fostering a strong foundation for a fulfilling relationship with you first, you’ll raise the bar to building healthy connections with others. You’ll create space for new, healthier connections to flourish, feeling more empowerment and love in every aspect of your life.
These 90 days involve 3 main aspects:
Break cycles
We can’t always talk our way out of our problems. The sessions involve not only deep listening and questions but they also tap into our bodies’ wisdom. By using somatic tools such as EFT and NLP we can get the root of our issues with care and compassion, creating space for them to shift and transform.
Be the love you seek
By making the choice to embody your worthiness and true potential you send yourself a profound message- that you believe you are worthy of love. As you show up for yourself, week by week, you develop a rock solid sense of self-trust that grows and grows. Working as a team has profound value in building this muscle.
Heal Relationships
When you embody your innate sense of worthiness, your relationships naturally improve. When you have a strong sense of self love and acceptance, what you allow in your life shifts. By forgiving your past, you create a space for new and healthier ways to take hold. By taking responsibility for your life, you create boundaries that serve you and your relationships.

Week 1-2:
Rising Rooted- making a healthy baseline
Dream big and embody your hearts’ desire
Change needs space-claim this time and set the pace
Discover your core values blueprint and use them to leverage your goal
Week 3-4:
What needs pruning?
Face the self-defeating beliefs and behaviors that are sabotaging you
Transform old stories that hold you back and re-wire your nervous system
Stop choosing unavailable partners
End the cycle of chasing/escaping
Create a clean slate-no back burners
Week 5-6:
Nourish-practicing real self care
Self regulation 101- know your triggers and create your own toolkit to tend to them.
The gift of you- be OK with being alone (heathy baseline for great relationships)
Create a nourishing routine that makes you feel on point
Release old patterns and re-set your nervous system with breathwork (energising or grounding version optional)
Week 7-8:
Committed
Do an inventory of where you have been giving yourself away and own it
Create empowered boundaries with parts work
Create a manifesto to self
Experience a self-forgiveness practice to call yourself back and trust yourself again
Week 9-10:
Branching out and inviting another
Practice empowered dating with the theatre of self-discovery

Prepare your mind/body/spirit for dating
Create your best dating profile or “organic meetings” planner, using the power of archetypes
Week 11-12:
Love where you’re at
The go slow manifesto- time to notice red flags, feel regulated and discerning
Speak up! Communicate your intentions and needs simply (a great litmus test)
Know when you have a keeper
Cultivate the gift of receiving
Celebrate your journey
What’s included:
1x 75 min deep dive session plus 11 x 50 min sessions of one-on-one coaching, including 1 breath work session.
Support, and accountability outside of sessions during office hours via email and Voxer.
Weekly progress check-ins to be coaching ready for upcoming sessions.
